Requesting An IP Ban!!!!

I am sick and tired of Steven and his language!!! he is making fun of everyone and I can't do anything about it!! I have told him to stop many time but he wont listen, I keep getting pm's on server saying he is pissing people off!!!

he is banned if he makes a new account and continues he will be perm ip banned

steven figured out popmans pass and taking all his stuff and putting them in the bank nad locking popmans bank plz do somthing
