Hosting Questions Empty Hosting Questions

So I am wondering, is it possible to run server off of Wi-Fi or Dial-up. If so I can run server sometimes. I go to Williams coffee place alot and there is free Wi-Fi. I can also run server at home off my dial-up during the day when I am online. All I need is a tutorial that explains how to do it for either internets... So if someone knows how post here because I want to get this server up and running somewhat...
