fixing minor glitches/bugs

first would be sound /weapon hit timers are like a good 1 sec off
second would have to be dfs timer is off like when it pops the aniation is off so its damge then animation which takes
an attack turn. and dragon dagger never hits 2red for some reason.
and last but not least the invatory glitch were u cant drop stuff is kinda annoying.
all this is constructive critism and basic advise so please no hard feelings.

i think the dropping is for people from dropping rares or such

once you drop an item I don't think it becomes visible to others.
