"upgrade to pro" problem Empty "upgrade to pro" problem

so yeah, everytime I go on the portal, it says "Upgrase to pro today!" on the whole screen... If anyone knows how to fix it, thank you in advance.

Oh and, if you have not guessed it already, this is on the FORUMS.

eh its a photobucket thing. our current layout is from hotskins.com and some of pics are on photobucket so i guess the pic that was there is gone or something.
