Hey Andrew, I'm not quite sure if my message is clear, but could you use the feature on the Forumotion Admin pannel that warns every member by E-mail and set the day setting to something like 10 days? On the message you could say something like : "We need you on Bankairune, NOW! Server will be back online on December 19th, 2010!!! Rejoin your good old Bankairune! (continue the message lol)"
Maybe that will get us more players or something...

Edit : The feature is called "Newsletter"

Edit 2 : Go to "Users and Usergroups" then look at the "User" tab and take the option that allows you to send messages to certain users and choose the ones that havent visited the forums in the last 10 days (with the userlist generator) and write the message there, it will be easier than the newsletters.
